Jayman MasterBUILT looks to Mirapoint for highly accurate email
security with robust user controls
SUNNYVALE, CA. September 6, 2005 — Mirapoint, the secure
messaging experts, today announced that Jayman MasterBUILT™,
one of Western Canada’s largest homebuilders, has selected
the Mirapoint’s RazorGate 100 email security appliance to
protect its network against spam.
Headquartered in Calgary, Canada, Jayman was receiving 15,000-20,000
email messages per day across its 350 mailboxes, and 40 percent
of those messages were spam. The company’s previous solution
had a high false positive rate and employees were spending several
hours each day looking for blocked messages in the quarantine folder.
“We use email throughout our business processes – to
communicate with customers, vendors, tradespeople and remote sales
personnel, including internal email between departments,”
