Course Description
This Mirapoint Certification course will familiarize you with various operational aspects of the RazorGate Security system. You will be taught how to setup, configure, monitor and troubleshoot the RazorGate security system to offer enhanced Mirapoint Support.
The course is designed to:
- Introduce you to the subject of Internet messaging.
- Describe how the RazorGate security system works.
- Identify what tools allow monitoring and troubleshooting.
Course Goals
After completing this Mirapoint Certification course, you should take the RazorGate certification exam. By passing the exam, this authorizes you to setup, configure and maintain the RazorGate security system for Mirapoint Support.
Student Profile and Prerequisites
It is recommended that you have some experience working with UNIX, e-mail and message servers.
